About Us

About Us

Breaking Cycles. Building Pathways.

Almah Africa was founded with a strong commitment to addressing gender-based violence and supporting women and girls facing vulnerability. Through our work with communities, we saw that violence does not exist in isolation. It is often connected to limited access to education, lack of economic opportunities, and exclusion from leadership and decision-making spaces.

This realization led us to evolve our approach. Today, Almah Africa works at the intersection of education, technology, and women’s participation in peace and security. By connecting these areas, we create pathways that help women and girls move from vulnerability to confidence, from exclusion to leadership, and from silence to voice.
