Tsion Mulatu is a passionate leader dedicated to youth empowerment, advocacy, and social impact. With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and extensive experience in volunteerism and advocacy initiatives, she brings both technical expertise and a deep understanding of community engagement to her work.

As East Africa Lead and Country Representative for Ethiopia at Almah Africa, Tsion drives programs that empower women and girls, strengthen leadership, and promote meaningful participation in peace, security, and decision-making spaces. She is also actively learning and applying Monitoring and Evaluation practices to ensure programs achieve tangible outcomes and long-lasting impact.
